I am an artist: I sing, make theatre, write music and facilitate. I’m the founder of the Decaf Bubble.
I’m obsessed with understanding the flow of creative energy…
Reading books like the Artist’s Way and Women Who Run with the Wolves in my late teens, I learned that creativity is power, and as women it’s our birthright.
On the path of reclaiming my sensitivity and femininity from capitalist conditioning and harsh industry environments, I now believe creativity is a natural by-product of being well nourished, healed, regulated, and in touch with the beauty and magic of life…
Creativity is in our nature, we just need the right conditions to bloom.

🫧 I graduated in 2019 with a BA in Performance and Creative Enterprise from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama
🫧 I have written 3 musicals
🫧 I worked for many years devising and directing youth theatre
🫧 I run an 8-piece function band with my brother and sing at weddings all over the UK and Europe…

About the Decaf Bubble
The Decaf Bubble is a creative sanctuary for artists, entrepreneurs and sensitive beings who want to reclaim their natural creative rhythms.
This space exists to bridge art, creativity and business with beauty, pleasure and spirituality!

The Decaf Bubble was born at the end of 2024 with the launch of Cocoon, a 6 week journey designed to support burnt out artists to refresh their practice and reconnect with their creative pulse.
After Cocoon ran for 7 rounds both online and in person in London, The Bubble membership opened its doors in March 2025 to provide ongoing support to the international DB community.
