About Abi

Hey, I’m Abi 💘

I am a singer, theatre director, composer and facilitator with 12 years experience working in the arts.

I have also been walking a spiritual path since the age of 16 and received many initiations since then… my soul did not come here to play!

As a multi-dimensional, multi-disciplinary creative being I haven’t always felt like I fit in anywhere much. But since creating this magical space, the Decaf Bubble 2 years ago ~ a lot has fallen into place :)

One thing I know: I am here to bring pleasure, fun and beauty back into the picture for creatives and artists, especially women. In de-conditioning myself from the narratives that have blocked organic womb and heart-centred creativity, I now guide, teach and hold community that heals and ignites our wild expression 🌹

Some facts about me…

🫧 I graduated in 2019 with a BA in Performance and Creative Enterprise from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. I focused on composing, directing and performing musical theatre. I have written 3 musicals. My graduation piece was a show about feminine archetypes from mythology called DIVINE

🫧 I worked for many years in youth theatre as a facilitator and eventually a director. I love young people and collaborative making processes

🫧 I run an 8-piece function band with my brother Ben, and still regularly sing at weddings all over the UK and Europe…

🫧 My current obsessions include the aura, the menstrual cycle, masculine-feminine energetics, mermaids, TV and film, and women eating breakfast

And for those wondering…

🌀 Taurus Sun, Scorpio Rising and Aquarius Moon. In the last couple of years I have really started to embrace and enjoy my Scorpio Stellium… trust and believe if you wanna go deep I am right there with you 🕳️ But 5 x Taurus means Venus has gotta be involved in everything I do 💄

🌀 Some of the key spiritual lineages that have influenced me over the years include… Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estès (Women who Run with the Wolves) , Julia Cameron (The Artist’s Way), Abraham Hicks, Louise Hay, David Deida, Florence Scovel Shinn, Mary Magdalene, Jesus and the Rose lineage. Some of my current fave teachers include Venus, Eve, Issy Living, Pilar Lesko, Kasia Urbaniak, Caytlyn Dee, Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer + Alexandra Pope (the Red School), Tammi Lynn Kent and Richard Schwartz

🌀 Let me also pay homage to my musical icons Joni Mitchell, Stevie Wonder, Beyonce, D’Angelo, Erykah Badu, Dolly Parton, Diana Ross and Michael Jackson who’s music raised me spiritually as much as any teacher!
